Regulation has moved the risk onto the end client. Built by people who've lived the problem
Serial entrepreneur Michael Cleavely founded workforce consultancy Triple Seven and sold it to Experis Manpower in 2013.
In 2021, IR35 reform had just moved classification responsibility onto hiring organisations. An enterprise client asked Michael for help: they had no idea how many contractors they were using. He spent weeks working through 8,000 lines of supplier data to find out.
It became clear almost every large organisation had the same blind spot. Michael founded CoComply in 2023 to catch workforce compliance risk before it happens, rather than untangle it later.
